Welcome to Meteora Fine Dining. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations
Due to the limited number of seats and the personalized nature of the experience, all reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is considered valid only after you receive a confirmation email containing your reservation code.
The minimum reservation is for 2 guests. For requests regarding reservations for fewer than 2 guests, please contact us at info@meteorafinedining.com
2. Deposit Policy
A deposit of €20 per guest is required in order to confirm and secure the reservation.
The deposit serves as a booking guarantee and will be fully deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit.
This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of service, prepare each experience individually, and source fresh ingredients specifically for each reservation.
3. Cancellation & Modifications
Reservation cancellations or modifications should be communicated as early as possible via email.
Due to the nature of our experience, which is prepared exclusively and in advance for each guest, we kindly request that any cancellation or modification be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the retention of the deposit.
Menu modifications can only be accommodated following prior communication at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours before the reservation date.
Where possible, our team may suggest carefully considered alternatives or substitutions. Otherwise, the menu will be served as presented.
This policy ensures the integrity of the experience and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and care to each guest.
4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Guests are kindly requested to inform us of any allergies, intolerances, vegetarian requests, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
5. Seasonal Menus & Availability
Our menus, ingredients, wines, and additional courses are subject to seasonality and daily product availability.
Meteora Fine Dining reserves the right to modify menu items, wine selections, pricing, or ingredients without prior notice in order to preserve the quality and integrity of the experience.
The fish selection for the additional course is determined daily according to market availability (“Catch of the Day”).
6. Arrival
The experience is hosted within the Meteoron Panorama restaurant premises, located at:

42200 Kalambaka, Greece
Guests are kindly requested to provide their reservation code upon arrival.
7. Conduct
Meteora Fine Dining reserves the right to refuse service or admission in cases of inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, disrespect toward staff or guests, or failure to comply with these terms.
8. Website & Intellectual Property
All content on meteorafinedining.com, including text, branding, images, menus, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Meteora Fine Dining unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected through reservations or communication is used exclusively for reservation management and customer service purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
